Awards & Accolades for Erin Glenn Wines

Erin Glenn Vineyards & Winery has been producing boutique wines from in and around the Gorge since 2001.  In early 2005 we opened our tasting room at The Mint and were welcomed with open arms by the people of the Columbia Gorge.  Despite this warm welcome and many opportunities, we never quite found the time to submit even our signature wine, Tantrum Red, for review or judging.  We decided to take the plunge this year and were very pleased with the results!  We were a hit ~ not that we doubted it for a second!

In the August issue of NW Palate Magazine, our 2006 Velvet Ass Rosé ~ Rosé of Barbera, received a "Recommended" rating!

In a recent review of Viognier's in the northwest by Wine Press Northwest Magazine, our 2006 Chateau LeBeau Viognier was rated "Excellent"! 

"This young winery in The Dalles, Ore., is on the right track with a superb Viognier. Aromas of limes and grapefuit lead to bright, refreshing flavors that are smooth, even hedonistic. Notes of orchard fruit and citrus highlight the palate through the lengthy finish."

NEW! Our 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon received a "Recommended" rating from NW Palate Magazine in the November 2007 issue.
