Spring Bottling
To accommodate our busy schedule and incorporate our love for parties into our bottling schedule, we’ve decided to hire a Mobile Bottling Unit to come in and do a huge bottling during our St. Patrick’s Day Celebration. Starting March 16th we will be bottling our newest vintages of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Viognier, Chardonnay, Rosé, Gewürztraminer and Tantrum. Nearly 2500 cases in all!! We invite you to come watch this amazing process and taste our wines right as they come off the line! And don’t worry, if you miss this great event because we will be releasing these wines very soon! Deck
We’re expanding! We’ve extended our tasting room by enlarging the deck at the front of The Mint. The inviting atmosphere and warm ambiance have created a draw to The Mint that was impossible to anticipate. Due in large part to the success of the 3rd Friday events promoted by our Downtown Business Association, we’ve been forced (fortunately) to expand our entrance deck to accommodate our guests. Our deck will also serve as reserved seating for our many concerts and special events.
