The Mint, our location in downtown The Dalles, Oregon, is a wonderful and historic building especially made for private events and dinners. We provide a beautiful and unique environment that will delight and enthrall you and your guests at every turn.
From the cozy Tasting Room & Bar to the intimate and cavernous Cellar, we have just the space you are looking for. No matter what the occasion, Erin Glenn at The Mint would love to host your party or dinner!

Sunday, September 21- Kevin Burke with Cal Scott!! This WILL be an amazing show! Kevin Burke, world-renowned Irish fiddle player, joins again with his friend Cal Scott, of Trail Band fame, to support Habitat for Humanity. Great Music. Great Cause. This show starts at 5. Tickets are $15 and are available in our tasting room, at Klindt's booksellers, and at Columbia River Music.
September 26-Cyd Smith. We recently read the following about Cyd Smith, “Cyd’s view of the human condition is presented with off-beat arrangements and on-target lyrics that continually jolted me like a swift but gentle kick in the butt. Here is loneliness with humor, love with no illusions, and tears that fall at different angle.” --Gryphon Gazette. Wow! We're sold! Come join us as we welcome a new artist to the Glenn.

Friday, October 3- Tova Cochrane and Richard Tillinghast return to The Mint for a night of beautiful acoustic originals and songs everyone will recognize. Tova's mad skills on the cello add a depth to the performance that can only be fully appreciated up-close and personal.
Friday, October 10- Chris Kokesh with Lincoln Crockett. Chris Kokesh, of Misty River fame, is one helluva fiddle player and she does some mighty-fine singin' to boot! The icing on this cake is Chris's special guest, Lincoln Crockett, who will add his mandolin to the mix. Should be a fine evenin' so don't miss it!
Friday, October 17- Kathryn Claire with Sarah Dee. Kathryn Claire has cast her spell on us and we are helpless against her charms! Come join our bedazzlment as we gaze adoringly at this wonderful singer/songwriter. Sarah Dee will join Kathryn, creating her own magic with some amazing fiddle playing.
Saturday, October 18- UNKNOWN GREATS! Four up-and-coming young artists will play an intimate show in the tasting room. Come meet Travis Ehrenstrom, John Morton, Benjamin Ballinger, and Noah Gunderson. Show begins at 7pm. Tickets are $10 and available in our tasting room only. Get your tickets soon- only 50 will be sold.
Friday, October 24- Amy Seely Band. Amy Seely will again share her lovely voice and piano laden minor melodies. If you wanted to make a batch of Amy Seely, you would mix some Sarah Mclachlan with a bit of Joni Mitchell and just a dash of Coldplay. And it would still not taste as good as the real thing! Come sample for yourself...
Sunday, October 26- Byron's Band Fall Release Party…club members only! With our amazing new releases coming off the bottling line, this is one party you do not want to miss! Our members will enjoy lunch on us and be the first to taste our new fall releases. Victor Johnson will be here with his guitar and your fall shipment will be available for pick-up. Each Band member will receive an invitation. RSVP by October 19.
Friday, October 31- Ashleigh Flynn and Jamie Stillway with Ronnie Ontiveros. Flynn and Stillway are back to rock the Glenn! Ashleigh is a high-energy, good-vibe singer/songwriter who always keeps us wanting more. Jamie, with her Goddess-like guitar, now has an established following at Erin Glenn. Did you know EG was the site of the first official meeting of the Jamie Stillway fan club? Don't miss these amazing women and their special guest, and favorite Gorge bass player, Ronnie Ontiveros.
November Events Will be Posted Soon!
In the meantime, keep us in mind while planning your Thanksgiving weekend. Friday, November 28th, we will kick off the weekend with Circled by Hounds, our house Celtic band and favorite among our customers. The show will begin immediately following the Starlight Parade. $5 cover.
We will be open 12-5 through Thanksgiving weekend with wine tasting and live music all weekend.
